Hi fellow gingers and ginger supporters. Here are a few answers to frequently asked questions:
1. How do I know if my product is the right size for me?
Please see the product details, where all sizing info is listed. This will help you determine which size you need. Please read carefully, as refunds and exchanges will not be offered for ordering the incorrect size.
2. Can I make returns or get a refund?
Currently, due to our manufacturing process (made to order) refunds and exchanges are not available.
All sales are final, with the rare exception that you receive a product that is different from your original order or that has been damaged upon receipt. These products will need to shipped to us and reviewed before a refund or exchange is granted.
We will either issue a refund or exchange as is appropriate. Please see our return policy for details.
3. How long will it take for my product to arrive?
We use print on demand fulfillment centers, so depending on where you live the typical time it takes to arrive after purchasing is 1-2 weeks.
Please note, with current Covid 19 delays, it may take up to 6 weeks for your ginger goodies to arrive, unfortunately, this is out of our control.
4. Can I get free shipping?
So glad you asked, YES! Any order over $50.00 includes free shipping. With the exception of gingers outside the US, in which free shipping is offered for over $100.00.
